I am trying to help a friend who is a fourth year business student at
the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada.  He is required to
do a feasibility study for his strategic management course.  The
hypothetical situation in which his group is considering involves the
feasibility of residential garbage and then marketing the end product
to potential buyers.  They are also considering the possibility of
composting in conjunction with recycling.

What he would like to know is the address and fax # of organizations that have
operations very similar to that described above, or any references to
studies that may have dealt with this topic.
