- I'm wondering if someone makes a chip which can create
- a 14.3 mhz clock (4x NTSC subcarrier) and genlock to
- an external reference. I know lots of fancy (expensive)
- ways of doing it, but I'm assuming, with all the desktop
- video action, that there's a more economical way of doing
- it now.
