  12. I'm wondering if someone makes a chip which can create
  13. a 14.3 mhz clock (4x NTSC subcarrier) and genlock to
  14. an external reference. I know lots of fancy (expensive)
  15. ways of doing it, but I'm assuming, with all the desktop 
  16. video action, that there's a more economical way of doing
  17. it now.
