  14.  I have been using Protel Easytrax for a month or two and love how easy
  15. powerfull it is. It didnt even cost a thing. Protel even sent it to me
  16. at no charge. I want to make a component. A certain ceramic capacitor
  17. requires that I make a custom component. But how do you create the yellow
  18. overlay like all of the other components have. I just dont want to 
  19. place pads. Any information will be appreciated.
