- As Henry already posted, nope. The voltage is more dependent on other
- factors, so it's not a reliable charge indicator in itself. However,
- batteries as they reach full charge heat significantly and as a result
- change their terminal voltage rather quickly. Detecting that rather
- sudden (relatively) change is how many chargers turn off (or turn to
- "trickle"). If you could monitor pressure in the cell, I believe that
- an increase in pressure would also be a good indicator of full charge...
