- a) The General Instrument AY-3-1015 or similar are identical.
- Same pinout if I recall properly ...
- The newer models had higher speeds (old ones topped off at 9600).

- b) I have 4: Western Digital PR1472-B
- and 4: Western Digital PR1482-B. They're older UARTs I pulled
- from sockets from some terminal server.
- How about $5 the lot, shipping included
