  26. It is certainly believable if corporate debt includes unfunded pension liabil-
  27. ities.  Maybe even if it doesn't,  in view of oustanding junk.  It's hard to
  28. believe individual consumers could have run up this kind of debt,  but then
  29. a credit card offer arrives in my junk mail every week.  Perhaps I need to get
  30. busy and borrow my share :)
