  14. The author includes source code to the program with the compiled prodcut. 
  15. He explains this in the documentation, saying that any secure algorithm 
  16. should be able to be distributed freely to enable others to study the 
  17. algorithm. That way there is less of a chance that he is releasing a weak 
  18. algorithm.
