  18. (1)  FIPS 112 (Password Management) actually contains FORTRAN code to 
  19. perform DES.  There are no export or special marking anywhere on the cover
  20. or title page of this US government publication.  There is a one line
  21. comment buried in the FORTRAN code that says it "should not be exported".

  41.    Public Key Standards and Licenses.  This memo is for informational
  42.    use only, and does not constitute an Internet standard.  Distribution

  48.    of the Leland Stanford Junior University have recently granted Public
  49.    Key Partners exclusive sublicensing rights to the following patents
  50.    registered in the United States, and all of their corresponding
  51.    foreign patents:

  70.    incorporations in a digital signature standard.  We assure the
  71.    interested parties that Public Key Partners will comply with all of
  72.    the policies of ANSI and the IEEE concerning the availability of
  73.    licenses to practice this art.  Specifically, in support of any RSA
  74.    signature standard which may be adopted, Public Key Partners hereby
  75.    gives its assurance that licenses to practice RSA signatures will be
