  11. A similar situation happened here at Purdue.

The dorms are on a SMATV system with local and distant over-air feeds; these are all stereo.  Several channles including WGN(9 chicago) and MTV are satellite    feed.  I noticed one day that MTV was not in stereo but WGN was.  After calling video services I was told we only had one MTS stereo decoder, modulator and
  14. that it would be uneconomical to buy another( ~ $3000 ) for MTV.  The guys did
  15. swich the decoder over to the music channle after they got a few calls though.
