  23. HDTV is a completely different game with different transmission and reception.
  24. This is to raise the standards in television.  Because of the redesign, you
  25. need a new HDTV set and accessories.  Zenith has teamed up with Goldstar to
  26. develop a HDTV VCR, due in 1995, with a target price of $1000.
