- My personal experience with Sears has been very similar. I bought a VCR
- that the newspaper ad and description card claimed was Dolby-equipped.
- Needless to say, it wasn't. I never got real satisfaction, because I claimed
- that they owed me a Dolby-equipped VCR at the price I paid, and all they
- offered me was a refund. I don't shop at Sears any more. I don't recommend
- Sears to anyone else.
