- I'm thinking about buying the Goldstar GVH-9000M 4-head HiFi VCR.
- For $257 at Sun TV, it seems like an unbeatable bargain.
-
- Does anyone have any insight or experiences to share about this
- model or about Goldstar in general? Consumer Reports gave the
- Goldstar GVH-A645 a favorable rating (85 points where the winner
- received 90); does anyone know how much these two models have in
- common? It seems unlikely that they would differ very much
- internally, since both have pretty much the same set of features.
- CR reports Goldstar's frequency-of-repair as roughly average.
-
- For the price, this VCR seems like a good choice (I was originally
- going to spend as much on a non-HiFi VCR).
-
- Any positive or negative comments on Goldstar in general or either
- of these two models in particular are welcome! I'll post a summary
- if there is sufficient interest.
-
- Thanks,
-
