- I have used Ski saver since I bought my first set of skis. While no coating
- you apply wil guaranty the look of your skis it MOST certainly helps.
-
- Out here in the 'Burgh we can buy it for about $15 or $16. And it will coat
- about 1 1/2 sets of 175 cm skis. It is very simple to apply and the only
- slight difficulty is applying it with no air bubbles (not too bad though).
- To remove it you just get out the old hair dryer and heat up the plastic a bit
- and take a screwdriver and roll off the ski saver. Use a little Isopropyl
- Alcohol to remove any sticky residue and wipe your skis down with a damp
- cloth and dry them. Whala! (sp?) you are ready to add next years coat.
-
- Instructions are included with the ski saver and it really is easy. I have
- even left this stuff one for more than one year (2 seasons). One nice thing
- about doing this yourself is you have leftovers and can take it with you on
- prolonged trips incase you happen to need to re-apply some.
