- Well, I think the case is better stated that you "work harder" for the same
- distance on bad bearings. However, the truth may be that since you have
- "more fun" with good bearings, you actually "work more" when you are enjoying
- they "easy" ride.

- Aerobic excercise is fun when you actually want to push yourself. How many
- times have you started out "taking it easy", only to find that after a while
- you're up to your normal pace or better. Good equipment (and a wee bit of
- conditioning) make it happen.
