  19. Check out Rob Palmer's "Deep into Blue Holes".  You'll find a picture and
  20. some details about the diver who died there.  From Palmer's book it looks 
  21. like he violated at least one cave-diving's dictums (assuming he was cave
  22. trained to begin with).
