  19. You're safe up to the end of the second full week in July.  After that, the
  20. schools start breaking up for the hols (date varies with the county).
  21. AVOID AUGUST LIKE THE PLAGUE !!  Things get back to normal by the beginning
  22. of September when the weather usually improves.  This is because there is 
  23. nothing more infuriating than spending the last days of your hols indoors, 
  24. while the minute you can't take time off, the sun comes out.
