- Basically I have a friend who is thinking of starting to
- run. She is 35, in general good health, but with knees that don't
- like going up stairs. She is in moderate aerobic condition from
- exercising her horses.
-
- My question is how do I start her out in our sport in such
- a way that keeps the chance of injury low but does not bore her
- to tears. Keeping interest high is important because running is
- going to have to compete with various elements of training and showing
- her horses.
-
- Thanks for the help.
