- What has helped my mildly injured hamstring was to keep it warm while
- running. I've been wearing a pair of spandex pants under my regular
- running shorts during the fall/winter months. Here in California it doesn't
- get that cold but the wind chill factor can lead to some tight muscles.
- For me stretching didn't help at all and just aggravated the condition, but
- then again I was never one for stretching. I just start out very slowly
- for the first 3 minutes.
