- I worked for the last several summers in Grand Rapids, MN. and found these
- things in a local novelty store under the name of "Snap n Pops" (I think
- that the store was called Indian Joes Trading Post). This suggests that
- (at least in Minnesota) these are not considered fireworks. I imagine that
- you might find them in a local novelty/magic/joke store. Also I am not too
- familiar with the fireworks available in Wisconsin, but there are some nice
- things sold in North Dakota and South Dakota. In South Dakota, fireworks
- are sold between 1-May and 31-Aug if you have an out of state drivers
- licence.
