  28. As I have often been told, it's not where you live but who you play
  29. with. In the Mists it easy to live in one barony or province and
  30. play with another. The are physically a lot of people in the SCA who
  31. live in the Province of Southern Shores, but there are less than 15
  32. (roughly) who are active in the running of the province. Are fighter
  33. practice is well attended, (I've heard the nickname of king maker
  34. referred to it). So pick a group that you wish to be associated with,
  35. and go to the events you want to go to. Most baronial events in
  36. our area are well intended by members of other groups.
