- Tell you what. Try at least to get yourself fit first by running
- (gradually increasing the distances), doing pushups and the rest of the
- usual exercises. After that, practice what you can remember in front of
- a full length mirror to correct yourself. Try to seek the help of
- someone who does remember. After all, you don't want to be seen
- floundering in the class, do you?
