- I highly recommend rolling regularly on bare concrete. Practice on mats some,
- but also practice on the real thing. Concrete will teach you what's hitting
- where and how hard, a lesson that is harder to learn from mats. Same applies
- for falls. Amazing how many corners your body has that the mat can hide.
