  13. Examiner. This is his collection of favorite headlines of 1992.

  15. The 1982 National Father's Day Association's Father of the Year went
  16. to jail for failing to pay child support.

  18. Joseph Hazelwood, captain of the ill-fated oil tanker Exxon Valdez, was 
  19. hired by New York Maritime College to teach students how to stand watch
  20. on a tanker's bridge.
