  38. I thank you all for the discussion.  As I said, I gave the benefit of the doubt  
  39. to the victims, and was basing my opinions solely on the first account given.   
  40. It is apparent from the added information presented by various posters that  
  41. there was no doubt as to the continuing immediate danger that was present,  
  42. which fully justified the actions.
