- Wanna bet he sold it for a lot of money. Topsoil is VALUABLE. In many
- areas it is illegal to remove and sell all the topsoil. You might want to
- find out what the law is in your area. You might be able to get it back!
- Or you should make noises to your city/county/state that there should be
- such a law on the books.

- Manure is LOTS better than peat. Peat only adds organic matter, manure
- adds nutrients as well. As for getting it into the soil, that depends on
- your energy level and power tools available. For tilling, rent a
- rototiller; for spreading around, perhaps a mini-dozer... :') You probably
- also want to plant a cover crop (special legume or grass) to keep the soil
- from blowing/washing away, and to add more nutrients. After it gets a
- certain size you till it in, too. I'm pretty sure cover crops is in the
- FAQ. Kay?
