  25. Sadly, the International Dance Week is no more, cancelled by Centrum due
  26. to lack of interest and continuing losses (it was reportedly bankrolled
  27. for years by the incredible popularity and success of Fiddle Tunes).

  29. The Seattle group Living Traditions (aka Walter/Nancyanna Dill) will,
  30. however, be taking over the same week for *their* summer dance festival,
  31. which will focus on vintage and contemporary couple dances (such as 
  32. tango, swing, lindy, and zydeco). Richard Powers is reportedly on the
  33. first year's staff. These are the same folks that put on the
  34. perennially-oversubscribed Wild Week that begins December 26th every year
  35. (also in P.T.), which is to say they come fairly highly recommended.
