- I agree with a lot of what Karin said and some of what Patt said. Your horse
- is VERY VERY dangerous and it is due to him being a stallion and you not
- disciplining his bad behaviour. You must take a more responsible attitude
- to this problem. You either have put the time and effort into training hin
- to the appropriate behaviour or you must geld him. Although, gelding will
- only be of some help now. It is not good enough to say that you can't enough
- time with your horse and you don't want to geld him, then ask people for
- help. Clearly, you already know that the problem lies in his testicles and
- your lack of effort in overcoming his natural behaviour. This horse is too
- dangerous to allow the situation to continue and probably become worse. So
- I see 3 choices.
- 1. Spend much more time training your horse (at least 1 hr/day)
- 2. Geld him and spend more time training him
- 3. Hand him over to a competent trainer. When the horse returns to you, you
- must still more time training him.

- If this seems like a flame, it is because I am asked to re-educate a lot
- horses that have a similar history to yours and I get quite angry when
- these problems are easily avoided by the owners taking a more responsible
- attitude to owning a horse.
