- The only thing I found to require tinkering was the position of the front
- deraileur relative to the click stops. Try to set the system so that the
- last click before shifting to the big ring gives good clearance while on
- the smaller cogs in back. Then, hopefully, the next click will give a
- reliable shift, making two clicks unnecessary. I also found that grime
- in the front deraileur changed the positions of the deraileur at any
- particular click stop.
