  19. The book "Fietsen in Europa" [ Dutch :-( ] mentions that bikes can be rented 
  20. at about 300 railway stations. The quality is very different, not all of them 
  21. have gears. The bike may be returned at another station. Price (1991) about
  22. FF40 (traditional type) to FF55 (mountain bike). You'll need some kind of ID
  23. and a deposit of FF200.
