- A few months ago I was looking at packs. Many people said the
- Mountainsmith tended to fall apart. I've only heard good things about
- Gregory. In the end, it came down to a choice between a Gregory Nova
- and a Dana Designs ArcFlex Terraplane. The Dana won because it
- was slightly more comfortable on my back, but this had more to do with
- the precise shape of the pack and my back than with superior
- construction on the part of Dana (or so I've been told, though I
- think the Dana is great).
