  19. As far as I know, the 800 number has been discontinued, probably to
  20. save money because it got too popular.

  24. The positive response option is still available, as far as I know
  25. (I've been on it for more than a year), but only after you've
  26. fulfilled your original membership agreement.  They may refuse you the
  27. first few times you ask, so keep trying every month.
