- As far as I know, the 800 number has been discontinued, probably to
- save money because it got too popular.

- The positive response option is still available, as far as I know
- (I've been on it for more than a year), but only after you've
- fulfilled your original membership agreement. They may refuse you the
- first few times you ask, so keep trying every month.
