  21. Yep, the input to the Sony MZ-1 accepts either digital (optical) or analog
  22. input.  I have only tried analog so far.  It must have a built-in A/D
  23. converter.  The sound is great (except for really tiny cross-talk of
  24. some sort when the input is extreamly quiet).  One neat thing I have been
  25. doing is recording vinyl record onto MD.  Hearing the original clicks and
  26. pops through the MD player is kind-of a kick!
