- I don't know about the other media, but the MD is incredibly shock
- resistant. I went down to Akihabara and listened to the one that records
- (I forgot the model number) with nice Stax headphones, and I POUNDED it.
- I dropped the player on the table, I knocked it with my fist. I rocked it
- slow and fast, I shook it like you see bartenders do. I flicked it with
- my finger, I held it and jumped up and down. I knocked on the table with
- my fist, I pressed the player against my chin and hummed a tune. I looked
- at the damn thing cross-eyed. I could hear NO EFFECT on the music from
- any of this torture!!!
-
- I was so violent, I think that if I had carried out these tests in the
- States, I would have been forced to buy the display. I would like to buy
- one of these things just for the shock value when I show my friends how
- impervious to intimidation it is.
