- standardized? There are at least two types of 6 disk magazines: the
- Pioneer, where the trays swing out in a semi-circle; and the Kenwood/
- JVC type where the trays slide straight out and back.

- I stand corrected. I have never seen the Kenwood/JVC type so I don't
- know how popular they are, but the so-called Pioneer type cartridge
- seems to be popular. Denon and Pioneer both make CD players that can
- accept Pioneer type cartridges. You can identify these cartridges by
- an emblem consisting of six overlapping rings.
