- After recently letting my new 10,000 Maniacs slip from my grasp and skid
- across my hard-wood floors thus trashing the label side, it ocurred to me
- that if all that was happend was the scraping away of reflective layer that
- I might be able to repair it (sorry for the long sentance) Anyway, has
- anyone attempted to use one of those silver paint pens to fix the label side
- of a CD. It seems that I can get what I consider a pretty severe scratch on
- the playing side and the CD does OK. However, if I get even a small scratch
- on the label side the player often mistracks.
