  11. As a former cab driver, in New York and San Francisco, I'm hear
  12. to tell you how to drive in snow and ice:

  14.     Use your head.
  15.  
  16. It's very simple to drive in bad weather, just use your heads.  Seattle
  17. drivers don't even know how to drive in the rain!  Turn on your lights, 
  18. drive five or ten miles an hour slower and leave lots of room between cars.
  19. And check to see how the traction is by occassionally using your brakes.
  20. It's just that simple.
