  37. How to vote:  Do a (R)eply from nn or rn, using the capital "R" to quote
  38. the message.  The address should be "restrant@techbook.com". For each 
  39. restaurant you want to rate, put a number between 0 and 4 (0,1,2,3,4) 
  40. inside the bracket next to the restaurant's name.  The number followed 
  41. followed by the colon is the restaurant's number in our database.  If you 
  42. don't want to vote for a restaurant, leave it blank or delete the lines 
  43. that refer to that restaurant.  The program looks for the START_BALLOT and 
  44. END_BALLOT lines, so don't delete these lines.

  46. If you would like to make a comment about the restaurant, you have one line 
  47. to describe the restaurant.

  49. If you would like to send suggestions or comments about the format of the 
  50. listings, please put them at the start of your message.  The person quickly 
  51. scans each message before turning it over to the program, so it's best to 
  52. catch its attention as soon as possible.
