  109. How to vote:  Do a (R)eply from nn or rn, using the capital "R" to quote
  110. the message.  The address should be "restrant@techbook.com". For each 
  111. restaurant you want to rate, put a number between 0 and 4 (0,1,2,3,4) 
  112. inside the bracket next to the restaurant's name.  The number followed 
  113. followed by the colon is the restaurant's number in our database.  If you 
  114. don't want to vote for a restaurant, leave it blank or delete the lines 
  115. that refer to that restaurant.  The program looks for the START_BALLOT and 
  116. END_BALLOT lines, so don't delete these lines.

  119. to describe the restaurant.

  121. If you would like to send suggestions or comments about the format of the 
  122. listings, please put them at the start of your message.  The person quickly 
  123. scans each message before turning it over to the program, so it's best to 
  124. catch its attention as soon as possible.
