- This is what I needed to know. A friend of mine has been driving around
- without insurance. (Forgot to renew the policy and now doesn't "have time"
- to go to the agent and get a new one.) I told him that NJ was cracking down
- on uninsured drivers. Maybe this info will force him to "find the time".

- Jailtime *regardless* of the type of accident? Of course, being _insured_ has
- never stopped anyone from being charged with manslaughter/murder if they were
- at fault. Being uninsured certainly will not go in your favor, however.
- Leaving the scene of an accident just makes a bad matter even worse.
