  14. I don't have any objection to a ne.personals group, but personally I
  15. would be more likely to participate in a ne.singles group instead
  16. (with a charter of being a place to post announcements of events or
  17. informal get-togethers, and discussion of interest to singles in the
  18. region).  There's been a similar ba.singles group for years -- why not
  19. here?
