  23. well, bob, i don't disagree with anything you said (which i have 
  24. since deleted) but as far as your story here goes...

  26. this is gonna sound silly but...

  28. If you are travelling at a speed slower than that of the flow of traffic
  29. and there is a significant 'level of flow'  such that
  30. people are forced to change lanes and pass you, you can be considered to be 
  31. a traffic hazzard (much like the little ol' lady doing 38mph in the 
  32. high speed lane of 495). Cops can ticket you for such things and since
  33. you were exceeded the speed limit he could tickett you for that.
