  23. There are also Capitol police.  I don't think the merger has completed,
  24. at least as of 12/31/92.  Perhaps it will be on 1/1/93.  I could never
  25. believe that we have armed law officers who's main (if not only)
  26. purpose was to track down unregistered cars.
