- I second the Sears DieHard recommendation.
-
- Last winter my car overheated on a long trip; I stopped at a Sears Auto store at
- 2 pm on a Sunday afternoon, and was told that they'd have me out of there within
- an hour. At 5 pm, the very friendly service manager told me that they'd be unable
- to look at my car before they closed at 6 pm. Since I didn't feel like sleeping
- in a shopping mall, I went over to the retail outlet, bought some tools, and fixed
- it myself. I'll never seek service at Sears again.
