  10. I have a question about the penalty-free 401(k) hardship rule for
  11. early withdrawal of funds:

  13. At one time I understood that the rule allowed you to withdraw money
  14. to be used as a down payment on a house.  Is this still allowed?
  15. If so, what conditions must be met to allow such a withdrawal?
