  19. antitrust enforcement actions for Monday, Dec. 14, through
  20. Friday Dec. 18:

  22. 12/16/92     U.S. vs. Schenkel's All Star Dairy Inc.;
  23.              Six S Corp. d/b/a Pure Sealed Dairy;
  24.              Thomas T. Schenkel; Jerome W. Bullis and
  25.              Gerald B. Widenhofer
  26.              Criminal No.: HCR-92-180 (N.D. Ind.)

  28.    One-count indictment was filed in U.S. District Court in
  29. Hammond, Ind., charging Schenkel's All Star Dairy Inc. of
  30. Huntington, Ind.; Six S Corporation d/b/a Pure Sealed Dairy of Fort
  31. Wayne, Ind.; Thomas T. Schenkel, president of Six S Corp. and vice
  32. president of sales for Schenkel's All Star Dairy Inc.; Jerome W.
  33. Bullis, former general manager of Allen Dairy Products Inc.; and
  34. Gerald B. Widenhofert sales manager of Allen Dairy Products Inc.,
  35. with conspiring to rig bids, in violation of Section 1 of the
  36. Sherman Act, for the award and performance of contracts to supply
  37. milk to schools and school districts in a nine-county area in
  38. northern Indiana and a two-county area in southern Michigan,
  39. beginning at least as early as 1985 and continuing at least into
  40. 1968.

  51. president, Roger W. Jordan, with conspiring to fix the price, in
  52. violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, of generic Dyazide,
  53. beginning as early as February 1988 and continuing through April
  54. 1989.  Generic Dyazide is a drug generally prescribed for the
  55. treatment of hypertension or high blood pressure.
