- antitrust enforcement actions for Monday, Dec. 14, through
- Friday Dec. 18:

- 12/16/92 U.S. vs. Schenkel's All Star Dairy Inc.;
- Six S Corp. d/b/a Pure Sealed Dairy;
- Thomas T. Schenkel; Jerome W. Bullis and
- Gerald B. Widenhofer
- Criminal No.: HCR-92-180 (N.D. Ind.)

- One-count indictment was filed in U.S. District Court in
- Hammond, Ind., charging Schenkel's All Star Dairy Inc. of
- Huntington, Ind.; Six S Corporation d/b/a Pure Sealed Dairy of Fort
- Wayne, Ind.; Thomas T. Schenkel, president of Six S Corp. and vice
- president of sales for Schenkel's All Star Dairy Inc.; Jerome W.
- Bullis, former general manager of Allen Dairy Products Inc.; and
- Gerald B. Widenhofert sales manager of Allen Dairy Products Inc.,
- with conspiring to rig bids, in violation of Section 1 of the
- Sherman Act, for the award and performance of contracts to supply
- milk to schools and school districts in a nine-county area in
- northern Indiana and a two-county area in southern Michigan,
- beginning at least as early as 1985 and continuing at least into
- 1968.

- president, Roger W. Jordan, with conspiring to fix the price, in
- violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, of generic Dyazide,
- beginning as early as February 1988 and continuing through April
- 1989. Generic Dyazide is a drug generally prescribed for the
- treatment of hypertension or high blood pressure.
