  13. I would like to thank everyone for their responses with regards to
  14. the "federal record service".  Basically about 70% said that they
  15. are legit and 30% said that they are not.  Although everyone agreed
  16. that they are a total ripoff since you can basically obtain your baby's
  17. SSN for free.

  19. What I ended up doing is calling the SSN office in San Jose, CA and
  20. they will be sending me the necessary paperwork to fill out for my
  21. baby's SSN.  Obtaining baby's SSN has been bugging me lately especially
  22. that tax time is just around the corner (baby is 5 mos. old).
