  11. Renee Roberts wrote about treatment for RSV-caused bronchiolitis.  I never
  12. heard of this virus.  How do you know if that's the cause?  Is there a specific
  13. test?  Alex too had bronchiolitis before age 1 (mild, no need for
  14. hospitalization or treatment!), and now has asthma at almost 3.  I didn't even
  15. remember the bronchiolitis, or know the two were related, until we saw the
  16. allergist for asthma management; he noted it in the chart.  The pediatricians
  17. never mentioned it.  BTW, they also were reluctant to call it asthma unless it
  18. happened for more than one season.  Well, since they ignored the bronchiolitis
  19. and another bout of wheezing at age 2...  The allergist was pretty dismissing
  20. of pediatricians - said they don't like to say asthma when in this case it
  21. clearly is.  Inspires such confidence in the treatment one's been getting :-(
