- Most international Canadian funds are load, high expense ratios, and in many
- cases high minimum investment threshold (e.g. Hyperion was $10,000 Can. a
- while back when last I checked).
-
- I do have a small amount in Altamira's new no-load Asia Pacific fund. It is
- up 3.6% in the last 3 months, but I'm not sure that's a gain commensurate with
- risk yet. (For example it lost 2% when the new governor opened his mouth
- there a few weeks ago in about a couple of days.)
-
- Time will tell. (And I'm hoping for a good story!)
