  15. Can anyone recommend some SW for managing personal finances? I have
  16. heard of one program called "Managing Your Money" by a company called
  17. MECA.  Did this used to be from a guy named Tobias?
  18.  
  19. Anyhow, my sister and brother in law are looking for something to 
  20. keep track of savings, investments and sometime soon, a mortgage and
  21. other related money matters.  They have a 286 laptop PC running DOS
  22. right now so any Windows, Unix or Macintosh apps are out of the
  23. question.
