  13. Is anyone using E-TRADE based in Palo Alto?  Their commission savings
  14. over other brokers is substantial.  It seems like all (or at least
  15. most) of the trading is all done electronically, not via a human.  Has
  16. anyone had experience with them?  Are they trustworthy?
